Return Policy
Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from the reception.
Returned products must be in the same condition as when they were shipped, unworn, with all tags still attached, and in the original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges will be granted for products that are stained with makeup or have odors such as perfume, body odor, or cigarette smoke. Any items found inside the article or its pockets will be considered proof of use.
Any item that does not meet the criteria set out in the return policy will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Items purchased during promotional sales or using discount codes will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Under no circumstances will items be accepted for return if the request is made beyond 14 days.
Please note: Items paid for via Heylight are only eligible for return if requested within 7 days of receipt.
Refund processing:
Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected; if it is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 24-48 hours.
Funds may take 5 to 7 business days to be credited to your account, depending on the payment method used at the time of order.
