Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be in the same condition as it was shipped.

Once we receive the returned item and it has passed our checks, we will process the refund within 24/48 hours. The funds can take 5 to 7 business days to return to your account, depending on the payment method used.

On each item page there is a description of the item and a caption indicating its general condition, i.e.: as new, excellent, very good and good.

All defects and signs of wear are highlighted in the description and shown via photos.
