Return Policy

Our policy allows you to return the item up to 14 days from the reception.  

Returned products must be in the same condition as they were shipped, unworn and with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, refunds or exchanges will not be given for products that are stained with makeup, or have odors such as perfume, body odor or cigarette smoke. Any items found inside the returned item or inside pockets will be seen as proof of use.

Any item that does not meet the criteria set forth in the return policy will be refused and returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

Items purchased during promotional sales or using discount codes will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Under no circumstances will items be considered eligible if their return is requested after 14 days.

Please note: items paid for via Heylight are eligible for return only if requested within 7 days of receipt.

Refund Processing:

Once the returned item is received, it will be checked to see if it is suitable for return and within 24/48 hours we will process the refund.

Funds may take 5-7 business days to return to your account depending on the payment method used at the time of ordering.
